This session will cover:
- Where and how to safely store food
- Safe food handling
- Personal hygiene
- Hand washing technique and glove use
- Legislation & how it affects food handlers
- Reducing cross-contamination
- Food transportation: frozen, cold & hot
- Food spoilage
- Cleaning and sanitation
