Canterbury City Community Centre is an approved Aged Care provider dedicated to supporting your independence with home care services suitable to your needs.
We offer both the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Support at Home program, providing a variety of care options to help you live well at home.
At Canterbury City Community Centre we are committed to helping you live independently in your own home for as long as you are able.
