Personal Care
Our Personal Care Service is delivered by 4Cs staff under the Home Care Packages program.
Staff work with you to develop a care plan that aligns with your needs, goals, and preferences.
Services include:
- Assistance with bathing, showering, and toileting
- Personal hygiene support
- Dressing and undressing assistance
- Help with getting in and out of bed
- Hair washing, drying and shaving
- Medication reminders
To ensure safety and independence, we encourage self-care techniques and may recommend assistive equipment like bath seats, handheld shower hoses, or home modifications such as handrails.
Cost & Availability
- $10 per hour (minimum 1-hour service per visit)
- Available Monday to Friday
- Up to 3 visits per week
- Service available to residents in South West Sydney
- Subsidised under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
